What “consultancy” means here
Plenty of companies call themselves consultancies while actually selling whatever they hold. The difference here is simple, and you can hold us to it: we do not publish a unit until an expert on the team has seen it, checked its ownership papers, and read its price against what sold beside it. Which means the catalogue in front of you is shorter than the market — deliberately.
Our income comes from the owner after a deal closes, not from a buyer or a tenant. So we gain nothing by pressing you to decide quickly, and we gain when you decide well and send someone else our way.
