If you are the buyer or the tenant: no. Our fee comes from the owner once the deal closes — there is no amount you pay Real Experts, no viewing fee and no consultancy fee.
If you are the owner, the fee and the terms are agreed in writing before we list the unit, not after we have found a buyer.
The price the owner is asking at the time we listed it, not an estimate of ours. And we tell you what we make of it: whether it sits close to what has actually sold in the same compound, or above it.
Resale prices move, and an owner can change their mind. If anything changed between listing and your call, your expert tells you the current number straight away — not after you have made the trip.
One named expert calls you the same working day. That first call is mostly questions rather than a pitch: your budget, the handover timing that suits you, and whether this is a home or an investment.
Then you get a short list — not a catalogue. And if nothing suitable exists right now, we tell you that instead of recommending something anyway.
It varies by developer and by project. Down payments in the market currently run from 5% to 20%, and the smaller the down payment, the longer the term and the higher the total price. Your expert shows you that difference in numbers, on the same unit, before you decide.
Cash discounts on the projects we work with typically run between roughly 15% and 30%, depending on the developer and the instalment term you are comparing against. That is a number worth calculating rather than assuming — we work it out with you in the consultation.
On certain units — mainly delivered or near-delivery units, with developers your bank recognises. If that is the route that suits you, your expert shortlists only the eligible projects instead of leaving you to check each one.
Yes, and we tell you before signing rather than after: maintenance (a percentage of the unit price, usually paid once), registration fees, and finishing if the unit is delivered semi-finished. We write out the expected total in figures.
No. Viewings are free and transport from our office to the project is on us. We also arrange more than one project in the same day so you are not spending a whole day on one.
Of course, and you should. No payment is due before you have seen the unit or the show model in person and read the contract.
We review it with you and walk you through the clauses that matter: handover date and the penalty if it slips, resale and transfer terms, and how maintenance is calculated. That does not replace your own lawyer if you want one — and we actively welcome that.
The contract itself sets a grace period and a late penalty — that is the first clause we read with you. And we stay involved after signing: we follow up with the developer and keep you informed.
Neither, exactly. We are a real-estate consultancy: we sell units from approved developers, but our actual job is standing on your side while you compare and decide. We do not own the projects, and we do not list everything on the market.
Because a recommendation that includes everything is not a recommendation. We publish a project after an expert on our team has visited it and reviewed the developer and the payment plan. If a project has not cleared that, you will not find it here — even when the market is talking about it.
No. One first call, after which we contact you the way you choose and when you choose. And if you say “not now”, that is a complete and respected answer here.
Yes. We run live video viewings and prepare the comparisons and contracts before you travel, so your trip is for signing rather than searching.
